WD Passport constant spinning

spin wdI have a 4 TB WD Elements desktop external drive. I think this drive is set to pose downspin down after a period of non-use, correct? If so, is it possible to turn off that capability?I recently aquired a WD Red 2tb, my issue is that when the drive is put to sleep, something seems to always wake it up. It will start spinning again after a few seconds or a
